A queue of blocks. Sits between network or other I/O and the BlockChain. Sorts them ready for blockchain insertion.

VerificationQueue	A queue of items to be verified. Sits between network or other I/O and the `BlockChain`. Keeps them in the same order as inserted, minus invalid items.
